How to organize your case against New York CPS:
New York people against CPS corruption if a platform where people in Illinois who have cases or evidence about CPS corruption can have a profile linked with all their evidence and help other people add evidence to their case, by sharing yours. This way there will be less police corruption, more accountability, and less abuse.
1. Get an online library for your case evidence.
Suggestions for online libraries are: Archive.org, Scribd.com,
2. Upload for case files to the online library and label your case and documents.
It should give you individual links to each document. Share the main people involved, such as which region, office, CPS workers, supervisors, other officials, and what it was about.
3. Share your online library or the documents you want shared with me
at [email protected], contact me if you have any questions, alongside a picture if you can, so this way I can list you on the profiles of cases for this page. The profiles with brief case details will be listed below. This way if you need more evidence for your case, you will be able to help each other build a better case. Someone else may have the evidence you need for your case, such as corruption evidence, curriculum vitaes, etc so that way they will not be able to get away with things that this website may otherwise allow them to get away with as you would not have access to evidence to make your case better.

1. New York- At least one Level 1 Expert Child Abuse Investigative and Counseling Services in every CPS Region:
New York has its own CPS, and legal outline on how to have certain officials adjust the current laws to better suit the needs of others in the CPS and Governmental protocols.
All too often Children are without the services they need in each state. This could be in general or it could be due to location. A lot of times Level one areas like bigger cities with hospitals have the forensic expert services that are needed to assist with certain CPS case investigations. It is up to CPS personnel to transfer those cases, when needed. It is neglectful to not do this in the right circumstances. All too often we see corrupt CPS personnel and this is one of the ways they can abuse and neglect children and their power.
New York Legislation should make sure that there is at least one level 1 service center in each CPS region, so that it wouldn't be necessary to transfer the case.
2. New York - Child Civil rights to abuse allegation records:
In Many States, the Child Protective Services agencies will only hold onto abuse allegation records, which may contain evidence of abuse, for about 4 -5 years. This is a violation of the child's civil rights, as they have a right to a fair trial when they reach the age of 18 that they would need those records for to have a fair trial, which is the law, and their right. This Petition is to ensure that child abuse allegation records are not discarded after any amount of time until 5 years after the alleged abused minor turns 18, in order to give them fair time to file a civil rights lawsuit if they wish, so their right to a fair trial is protected. This is about protecting the abused, not the alleged abusers. Sign the petition if you wish for the state to enact a statute in regard to this. Thank you.
3. New York - CPS agents mandated to be expert forensic child psychologists
New York Laws surrounding expert witness and testimony on behalf of a person, usually require an optimal level of expertise, like they have to be the top in their field or receive a certain amount of education to speak on behalf of something. As you all may know, Many CPS personnel seek the job because of their mental disorder and desire to sociopathically prey on the easiest victims of all, children. Not only should these individuals be required to pass a mental evaluation to rule out this type of harmful psychosis, but they should also be required to hold a bachelors degree or higher in child psychology to work for the agency, and more, in order to be the supervisor. The supervisors should be expert forensic child psychologists/ neurologists.
